«По факту незаконной рубки леса на территории Матвинурского лесничества на сумму более 1,1 млн рублей возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 260 УК РФ („Незаконная рубка лесных насаждений в особо крупном размере“)», — пояснили в прокуратуре.
В ведомстве добавили, что всего злоумышленники вырубили 113 кубометров леса, лесному фонду Кировской области причинен существенный ущерб. Следователи выяснят все обстоятельства случившегося.
