«Мосгорсуд в четверг, 17 мая, в 10:30 мск рассмотрит ходатайство следствия о продлении срока содержания под домашним арестом Масляевой, в 11:30 мск — Итина», — сказала собеседница агентства.

Ранее Басманный суд Москвы продлил Масляевой меру пресечения до 23 мая. Итин и Масляева находятся под домашним арестом более года.

Следственный комитет в среду сообщил о завершении следственных действий по уголовному делу «Седьмой студии». По основному делу обвинения предъявлены режиссеру Кириллу Серебренникову, продюсерам Алексею Малобродскому и Юрию Итину, а также бывшему руководителю департамента Минкультуры Софье Апфельбаум. Продюсер Екатерина Воронова обвиняется заочно, так как находится за границей. Как полагает следствие, обвиняемые похитили 133 млн рублей бюджетных средств из 214 млн рублей, выделенных в 2011—2014 годы АНО «Седьмая студия» на развитие и популяризацию современного искусства России в рамках проекта «Платформа» по ежегодным соглашениям о выделении субсидий.
